Strong & Open: A Full Body Shoulder Series

Your shoulders do more than you think — and this series is built to honor that. Open Up is a 12-class yoga series designed for all levels, taking you from gentle, beginner-friendly foundations all the way to deeper, more dynamic practices with advanced transitions, bigger shoulder openers, and meaningful strength work.

The series is structured in two halves — spend time getting comfortable with the first six classes before moving on to the second six. Each half builds on the last, so by the time you're ready to level up, your body will know it.

How it works:
Classes 1–6: Beginner-friendly foundations. Simple transitions, gentle shoulder openers, and full body movement to build your base. Take your time here — there's no rush!
Classes 7–12: Intermediate territory. Longer classes, deeper stretches, more advanced variations, and bigger shoulder openers and strengtheners. You've earned it!

By the end, you'll have stronger, more mobile shoulders, better posture, and a full body practice that keeps growing with you.
