FlowLIFT Lite Series — 6 Classes for the New FlowLIFTer is the natural next step — your first real taste of the full FlowLIFT experience, carefully curated for anyone coming out of the Foundations program and ready to put everything they've learned into motion.
Led by FlowLIFT co-creators Amanda McCarroll and Carolina Vivas, this six-class collection features three 45-minute LiteLIFT classes and three 25-minute XpressLITE classes — all 🍑 1 Peach, all accessible, and all delivering the signature FlowLIFT non-stop, full-body flow at a pace that builds your confidence as fast as it builds your strength. Lighter weights, more accessible transitions, and fewer reps than the full-throttle classes — but make no mistake, this is a real workout that delivers very real results.
