Mobility Tune-Up is six 20-minute slow flow classes that combine flowing sequences of movements, stretches and transitions specifically designed to improve mobility and flexibility in the three areas that need it most — your spine, hips and shoulders. These are the spots that tighten up first, break down fastest, and make the biggest difference when you actually take care of them. This isn't about stretching for the sake of stretching. This is about longevity. Moving well, living pain free, and making sure your body can keep up with everything you love doing most — whether that's your golf swing, your tennis game, keeping up with your kids or grandkids, or just waking up in the morning without feeling like you slept in a pretzel. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and these six classes are exactly that.
